Who is Kanella Patisserie?

Since 2012 Louisa has been lovingly recreating desserts and recipes, handed down from one generation to the next. Louisa, a Greek Cypriot and Master Chef has gained a wealth of experience over the last 28 years, 10 years ago she decided to follow her passion for all things sweet, thus was born Kanella Patisserie.

Kanella Patisserie makes everything to order from our licenced kitchen in Kangaroo Point and hand decorated each cake. For that touch of perfection, our products are baked from scratch with premium and authentic ingredients, including gluten free upon request.


We can re-create a vast array of European and Middle Eastern Sweets, Specializing in Greek and Italian.


We love the feeling we get from our happy clients, whether we are catering for a small event through to Birthday’s Anniversaries, Weddings and Corporate Functions.


We also supply sweets for all Religious holidays.
